iPAL For Adolescents and Young Adults:

Key to achieving success as an adult is the ability to transition from the relatively sheltered life of a teenager into self responsibility. Parents want their children to have a smooth and successful transition to adulthood. The business community has a great deal of interest in ensuring their workforce has the skills to optimize business productivity. Educational institutions want to demonstrate that academic outcomes translate into a person’s success in an adult career as well as adult life. Beyond the knowledge of a specific career field, transition to adulthood includes human skills as well as technology integration. Clearly, a person is most successful when they pursue life choices that are intrinsically motivated, manifesting their natural talents and abilities and fulfilling their own Life Purpose and Goals.

iPAL is a viable and cost effective way for adolescents and young adults to learn about the Self Coaching ContinuumTM , how to find Life Purpose, set Life Category Goals and choose Events that use their Talents and Interests. Using iPAL in a family or counseling setting can improve communications and understanding as the adolescent or young adult begins to take on the responsibilities of life. A Personal Events DatabaseTM (PED) is stored in eight Life Categories with goals in each category. The person conducts self analysis through mathematical calculations performed automatically by the iPAL Personal Events AnalysisTM (PEA) on the PED. Self Analysis results can be shared in the family or counseling setting (See the CARE link below). Using the structure of iPAL as a coach and guide and with parental support, the adolescent or young adult learns to self manage a long term positive life strategy.
